Postdoctoral Position in Drug Resistance Evolution

Professorship in Pathogen Evolution (PI: Barbora Trubenova)  is seeking
a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to study drug resistance
evolution in various pathogens through population genetic modelling and
pharmacodynamic data analysis.

The project aims to develop a modular polygenic model that will help
us understand the mechanisms underlying drug resistance emergence and
propagation, with a focus on ploidy, reproductive mode, and lifestyle. In
addition, we want to extract and analyze a large amount of pharmacodynamic
data from various sources and design a user-friendly database.

The position is for 24 months with a possible extension and requires
80-100 % time commitment.  More information can be found here:
