I am searching for a postdoc to take up a 3-year position with me (possibility of 1 year extension). The idea is to use gene editing to work out why birds struggle with climate warming and how that maps onto fitness. The project is part of a larger initiative dealing with birds in a hotter world, funded by the European Research Council. The ideal candidate is a molecular biologist with keen interest in evolutionary questions. A background working on birds is helpful, though not essential. Details about the position and instructions for how to apply are available on this link.
