Research focuses on mathematical and computational modeling of developmental and evolutionary dynamics. Projects include: (1) Data-driven inference of dynamical systems from high-dimensional biological time-series data. (2) Modeling developmental constraints in phenotypic evolution using low- dimensional structure and phylogenetic comparative methods.
