Workshop on Genomics 2026 Èeský Krumlov, Czech Republic | 11??"24 January 2026 We are excited to announce that the 15th edition of the Workshop on Genomics is now open for applications. Themes: Genomics & Bioinformatics - UNIX & R, Alignment, Genome Assembly & Annotation, SNP calling, Structural Variants, Pangenomics, Population Genomics, Transcriptomics & RNA-seq, Comparative Genomics, Metagenomics & Metatranscriptomics, and Best Practices in Bioinformatics. Objectives: To train participants in the most relevant and up-to-date genomics and bioinformatics methods in a vibrant, immersive, and inclusive environment. You'll work from raw sequencing reads through to downstream analyses, learning fundamental and advanced techniques along the way.
