to Nanopore Direct RNA Sequencing.

Our comprehensive 4-day course is designed to equip researchers with
the theoretical knowledge and practical expertise necessary to navigate
the intricacies of direct RNA-Seq analysis. From fundamental concepts
to advanced techniques, participants will explore everything from data
QC and gene expression quantification to transcriptome assembly and RNA
modification detection.

This course is tailored for researchers with a foundational understanding
of RNA sequencing concepts. While prior bioinformatics training is not
mandatory, familiarity with command-line tools and *nix environments
(e.g., Linux or MacOS) is highly beneficial.
