This five-day course will provide both conceptual background and hands-on
training using Stacks for the analysis of Reduced representation genome
sequencing data  (RAD-seq, ddRAD, 2bRAD, GBS, etc.). We will cover the
entire workflow: from data preprocessing and quality assessment, to loci
assembly (de novo and reference-based), marker selection, and applications
in population genetics, association studies, and phylogenetics.

The course combines lectures, discussions, and practical coding sessions,
with ample opportunity to discuss and work on your own data.
