We still have space available in our RNA-seq Analysis workshop
(virtual but live instruction - Feb. 4-6).  The workshop will go through
experimental design, high throughput sequencing basics, quality control,
alignment to a reference genome, differential expression analysis, and
gene ontology / gene set enrichment. Tools presented are appropriate
for researchers working in systems with a reference genome.
