The Computational Biology Core at the University of Connecticut is hosting virtual bioinformatics workshops this summer! We still have space available in our Single-Cell Transcriptomics Workshop (virtual but live instruction - June 24-26). This hands-on workshop will guide participants through the full single-cell RNA-seq workflow from raw data to biological insight. You'll learn how to process and quality-check single-cell data, perform clustering and cell type identification, and integrate multiple samples using Jupyter notebooks with Python and R. A self-guided introduction to Linux, HPC, and R will be provided two weeks before the workshop to ensure participants are ready to dive in.
