This course offers a comprehensive introduction to spatial omics,
highlighting both imaging- and sequencing-based technologies, their
experimental design considerations, and the unique challenges of data
analysis in this emerging field. Through a combination of theory and
hands-on sessions in R, participants will explore the application
of tidy data principles using tools such as Bioconductor, Seurat,
tidySpatialExperiment, and more.
