Dear all, We are pleased to announce that registrations are now open for the 3rd edition of the Physalia online course: Structural Variant Detection and Comparison. Participants will gain hands-on experience with a variety of software and workflows for short- and long-read data, assembly- and mapping-based approaches, variant filtering, annotation, and generation of trio/population VCF files.
