online course "Unix and Shell Scripting for Bioinformatics",

This hands-on course is designed for biologists with no prior
Unix experience who want to gain practical command-line skills for
bioinformatics. Participants will learn how to work efficiently in
Unix/Linux environments, process large biological datasets (including
NGS data), and automate analyses using shell scripting.

Through guided exercises and real-world examples, the course will
cover essential Unix commands, file and system management, software
installation, text processing, and the construction of reproducible
bioinformatics pipelines.
