The workshop covers fundamentals and advanced/emerging techniques in
the field, making it accessible and a valuable learning experience for
everyone, regardless of their level of experience. For example, students
will learn how to infer species trees, link genotype to phenotype
in a phylogenetic context, and apply the latest advances in AI/ML to
