of Complex Datasets with ChatGPT 2.0 livestreaming February 12,
led by Nikolay Oskolkov (Group Leader (PI) at LIOS). This seminar
explores advanced techniques for exploratory data analysis, including
dimensionality reduction, clustering, and the integration of AI tools
like ChatGPT. Researchers in evolutionary biology and genetics can apply
these methods to uncover hidden patterns in high-dimensional genomic
datasets, such as identifying population structures or classifying genetic
variants. Leveraging ChatGPT can further aid in interpreting complex
evolutionary models and generating novel hypotheses from large-scale
genetic data.
