Analyses in Non-Model Organisms, scheduled for 18th-22nd November 2024.

This workshop covers modern applications of RNA-Seq technology, including
de novo transcriptome assembly using tools like Trinity. Participants
will learn to: Assess the quality of Illumina RNA-Seq data Assemble and
quantify transcriptomes Perform differential expression analysis with
Bioconductor Annotate transcripts using Trinotate Utilise PacBio IsoSeq
for hybrid assemblies

We invite you to bring a subset of your own data for analysis.
